Wilian Luis Domingues
MBA in Software Engineering USP/Esalq
He is the CIO of Tempo, a professor in the USP/Esalq MBA program, a speaker, and a technology executive with more than two decades of experience transforming organizations through innovation, data, and artificial intelligence. He holds an MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from BI International and Babson College, as well as executive training from MIT Sloan Executive Education and Fundação Dom Cabral. Throughout his career, he has led digital transformation, digital product, and technology modernization initiatives at large companies across Latin America, combining strategic vision, leadership, and execution to generate sustainable and measurable results.
